Huge lift of lemon zest, apple, white peach and hints of banana and dried mango. With a nutty undertone.

 

Palate is full and rich with fresh minerality. Mix of almond, lemon and peach. With a lingering structure. Pair excellently with many pork, Carpaccio or tartare dishes.
